We have Retrofitted and successfully commissioned very old 45/50 T ladle refining Furnace Installation of ASEA (Sweden) make. The old installation had very primitive regulation system consisting of Low pressure water hydraulic system.
The LF is now provided with High pressure oil hydraulic system and state of the Art Digital Electronic Regulation system with SCADA and remote service facility.
Our scope of supply included High pressure hydraulic power pack fitted with axial piston pumps and bladder type accumulators, Electrode Lifting Cylinders, PLC Panels, Industrial PC, auxiliary control Panel, Control desk and the Regulation and SCADA software with hot stand by.
The entire work including commissioning could be completed in less than 7 days’ time.

The supply included Windows 10 PC and related software, ABB make SCADA (ABB 800 Xi version 6), other related hardware and erection/commissioning.
Upgradation was done for both the LRF.
